This wing can drop lap times ~4 on a stock suspension AP1 on a 2 minute road course. With race tires and coilovers, you might expect a 2 sec drop in lap times on the same course. Not just adding style but effective at making that rear end stay put at speed so you can keep the power down.  

Which size and how to tune it?

We recommend the standard 59.5" for street and occasional track use or only at high speed tracks. Always start with zero angle as measured in the center portion of the wing, add angle for the lower speed tracks or wet weather driving. The wing can even be set up for slightly negative angle for reduced drag and a bit less downforce.

Technology and Construction

The GTC-200 is a slighty shallower, lower drag/downforce wing than the larger GTC-300. With a span of 59.5 inches and a height of 10 inches, the GTC-200 provide an optimal balance of downforce to drag for smaller cars. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis was performed on this wing to support validation of its aerodynamic design. If running with no roof/soft top, its recommended to run the wing on the standard uprights, no 2.5" risers. Never run the top surface of the wing any higher than your roof line.

Each GTC Series airfoil is composed of lightweight and durable carbon fiber composite. Supporting the carbon fiber airfoils are 10mm "aircraft grade" 6061 billet aluminum pedestals that come in a flat black powder coat finish.

The GTC-200 is genuine vacuum-bagged autoclave-heated "dry carbon" pre-preg material and process.
